Individual or family global health plans

To request a quote for an individual or family, you’ll need to tell us a few details.

Email the team at intermediarysales@axa.com with the names and dates of birth of everyone to be insured on the policy, along with the answers to the questions below. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can:

What’s your client’s nationality?
In which country does your client spend the majority of their time?
Is your client currently insured?
Is your client leaving a group insurance plan?
Does your client hold a domestic health insurance plan?
Would your client like to add an excess?
Are there any specific benefit your client’s looking for (for example dental care cover, outpatient cover, travel cover)?
