For existing business
If you need to get in touch about an existing member or policy, the address you need to use is determined by where your client is based:
- For customers in Europe with a policy prefix of BD, you can now email us on euinternationalretention@axa.com.
- For customers in Hong Kong with a policy prefix of BZ, you can now email us on intermediaryclientrelationships@axa.com.
- For customers in the rest of the world with a policy prefix of BX, BW, or BU, you can now email us on intermediaryclientrelationships@axa.com.
If you'd prefer to get in touch by phone, you and your clients can still call our teams using the same numbers, and during the same hours as before.
