Since the introduction of SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) in 2018, our customers have been charged to receive claims settlement wire transfers from us. The charge incurred varied depending on the recipient bank, ranging from 5-20 Euros, per transaction.
Thanks to our new initiative, we’re now able to make payments to customers in Europe without them incurring a charge. Your clients based in Europe with a SEPA-ready bank account, can now request the payment of their claims by SEPA - saving them costs associated with paying a banking fee.
We’re always working to enhance customers’ claims experience, and this latest step is just one of the ways we’re putting customers first.
