The Outpatient modules covers your employees for outpatient consultations with medical practitioners, diagnostic tests, outpatient psychiatric treatment, physiotherapy, and Chinese medicine. With this module, your employees will also benefit from our healthcare payment card.

You have a choice of four limits. The limit you select is the maximum amount we’ll pay for treatment covered under the Drugs and dressings module, per person, per year.
The Dugs and dressings module covers outpatient drugs and dressings which has been prescribed by a medical practitioner or nurse.

You have a choice between three limits. The limit you select is the maximum amount we’ll pay for treatment covered under the Health check module, per person, per year.
The health check module covers your employees for one health check per year. Examples of what could be included in a health check include resting blood pressure, cholesterol tests and certain cancer screening tests.

You have a choice of four limits. The limit you select is the maximum amount we’ll pay for treatment covered under the Pregnancy and childbirth module, per person, per year.
The Pregnancy and childbirth module covers your employees for antenatal consultations, postnatal consultations, screening and monitoring during pregnancy and routine childbirth.
The Pregnancy and childbirth module limits you can select depend on the Core and Outpatient module limits you've chosen. For information about the available limits and requirements, please refer to the table below.

A 10-month waiting period (moratorium) applies to the Pregnancy and childbirth module, which means your employee must be continuously covered by the plan for this period before they can make a claim.

The limit for this module is £15,000 / €18,750 / $24,000. This is not an annual limit. It applies for as long as your employees, or their dependents, remain a member of a plan arranged by AXA Global Healthcare Group.
Our Assisted fertility module provides covers treatment which aims to prevent future miscarriage and routine cycles of proven fertility treatment.
This module can only be selected if you’re covering a minimum of ten employees and have chosen the £5,000,000 / €6,250,000 / $8,000,000 Core module limit.
A 24-month waiting period (moratorium) applies to the Assisted fertility module, which means your employee must be continuously covered by the plan for this period before they can make a claim.

The Upgraded dental care module covers your employees for routine dental treatment and extended cover for non-routine dental treatment.

The limit for this module is 80%, up to £300 / €375 / $480.
This is the maximum amount we'll pay for treatment covered under the Optical module, per person, per year.
Our optical module covers prescription glasses and contact lenses, as well as one eye test per year.

The semi-private room module provides your employees with cover for treatment received in a semi-private room rather than a fully private room.
Choosing this module will mean you save money on your premiums.

As part of our Core module, your team will have access to our Virtual Care services. Supported by a network of over 50,000 specialists,8 our services provide reliable medical help wherever your people are in the world.
Day or night, 365 days a year, your employees are able to book a phone or video consultation with a qualified doctor, in language of their choice.5 And with appointments available at a time that suits them, wherever they are, they won't need to take time out of work to get their health back on track either.
Whatever mental wellbeing challenges your employees are facing, they'll be supported by a qualified psychologist with our Mind Health service. They can make an appointment from anywhere in the world,5 whenever they're ready.
The service is available for up to six telephone-based sessions and accessible in several languages.
If your employees receive a diagnosis or treatment plan that they feel unsure about, our Second Medical Opinion service can step in. Access to leading medical experts means they'll receive a second review of any medical information, including reports, prescriptions and test results.5
So, if they do need treatment that takes them away from work, they'll be confident it's their best option.

Virtual Doctor service – Employees don’t need to pay or claim for a consultation, but they will be charged for the initial phone call when using the call back service. They won’t be charged if they request a call back using the app or online portal. Telephone appointments are available 24/7/365 and call-backs are typically within 24 hours. Video appointments in English, Spanish and Mandarin are available between 8:00 and 00:00 UK time, Monday to Friday. Video appointments in German are available between 8:00 and 20:00 CET, Monday to Friday. In Singapore, all appointments are only conducted by video and in English, between 8:00 – 00:00 UK time, Monday to Friday.
Mind Health service – Psychologist appointments are available in English or Spanish between 9:00 – 17:30 UK time, Monday to Friday. Appointments for members calling from the UAE are available in English, French or Arabic 9:00 – 20:00 UAE time, Saturday to Thursday and 9:00 – 16:00 UAE time, Fridays. This service provides up to six sessions with a psychologist per non-emergency mind health concern, per year.
