Now in its fifth year, our 2025 Mind Health study provides an in depth look into the state of mind of young non-native adults, particularly Gen Z and Millennials. The findings show a growing generational divide in their experiences of mind health, especially around issues such as digital burnout, loneliness, and career insecurity. We also explore the new sources of support they're turning to for these concerns – with AI set to play a central role in the years ahead.
