Xavier is an international insurance business leader with over 20 years of experience in Health, Life & Savings and P&C business lines, affording him diverse leadership experiences in global and local roles across geographies, notably eight years in Asia.
Driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, and drawing on multi-market experience, Xavier’s expertise spans strategy and governance, sales and distribution, product development and actuarial, technology and data, mergers and acquisitions.
Xavier graduated from École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers, a prestigious engineering school in France. During his leisure time, Xavier often combines his love of nature and passion for travelling with fishing trips around the world.
